Mental health

Trauma
Trauma is any disturbing experience that results in significant fear, helplessness, dissociation, confusion, or other disruptive feelings intense enough to have a long-lasting negative effect on a person’s attitudes, behavior, or functioning. Traumatic events include those caused by human behavior (e.g., rape, war, industrial accidents) as well as by nature (e.g., earthquakes) and often challenge an individual’s view of the world as a just, safe, and predictable place.
Personal Growth
Personal Growth is a process of self-exploration and skill building which can improve a persons' overall quality of life. . It uses many aspects of coaching and counseling to improve awareness, self-understanding, nurture relationships and sharpen abilities.

Depression
Depression is not always sadness. People with depression may experience a lack of interest and pleasure in daily activities, significant weight loss or gain, insomnia or excessive sleeping, lack of energy, inability to concentrate, feelings of worthlessness or excessive guilt and recurrent thoughts of death or suicide.
